Some useful CLI Commands

Tuxradar has put up a nice list of useful CLI commands and other tipps. For tip #36 to work in KDE 4, you need to type e.g. =4*5+4. I also recommend tip #49, locate will help you find the file, for me it was /etc/openoffice/sofficerc.

How to Scroll Back in Screen

Ctrl + a + [ + j/k
Or Ctrl + a then Esc and then use the cursor keys. Esc to leave the mode again.

Bashrc Tipps

Here's a little article with some tips for making your daily shell life easier which at least I have not seen before. They include saving the history of all shells on exit.
